At Local Greens, we want you to love your gear as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and exchanges work.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Sale, discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully when shopping during a sale period.
Returns are only available within Australia. We do not accept international returns.
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Local Greens reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear including, deodorant marks, stains, washing, smoke/scent or damage.
We pride ourselves on designing, manufacturing and delivering quality garments that you will love for many years; however, sometimes things happen outside of our control.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email localgreensgolf.store@gmail.com.au as soon as possible with:
Your order number
A description of the issue and photos
Once/if confirmed faulty, Local Greens will:
Cover the cost of return shipping, and
Provide a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Email localgreensgolf.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your item is received, inspected by our team and approved as original quality, your return will be processed. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for your financial institution to finalise the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
